The service
Sold Out Society, operated by Blessing Okoro in Ottawa, Canada, provides store audits, ad calculations, plans, writing tools, coaching and a member community for store owners. The Store Audit and its results are free. Paid tools require an active membership. We read your information and suggest actions; you remain responsible for changes to your ads and store. We do not send your promotion emails or texts for you.
Accounts
Provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in details private and use only accounts you are entitled to access. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you believe someone else has accessed it. You must have authority to share the store data and content you provide.
Membership and billing
Membership is billed monthly through Stripe at the price and currency shown at checkout. It renews until cancelled. Stripe handles card details; we receive payment status, not card numbers. Your access depends on your current membership status. Any price change will be communicated before it applies, as required by law.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time through Billing and Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access continues until the end of the current paid period, subject to payment status. A pause request is not a confirmed pause until the billing provider confirms it. Refund policy: awaiting owner confirmation before launch. Contact us about a billing error or refund request. Nothing here removes any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee revenue, profit, ad performance or any other business result. Calculations depend on the numbers you provide and assumptions shown in the app. Estimates such as Money Saved are not confirmed savings. Your costs, actions, market and tracking affect results.
Not professional advice
The service is educational and informational. It is not financial, tax or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
Your content and community rules
You keep ownership of your uploads, messages and posts. You give us permission to store, process and display them as needed to provide the service. Posts are shared with members; DMs are private to you and the coaching team. Only share content and numbers you have permission to share. Be respectful. No harassment, spam, impersonation, fake results, illegal content or disclosure of someone else's private information. Permission to feature a win is optional and separate from posting it.
AI output
AI replies and writing are labelled as Assistant content where applicable and may be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Check extracted numbers, facts, claims, prices and advice before saving, publishing or acting. Do not treat an AI reply as a human coach's approval. Do not upload secrets or unnecessary customer personal information.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another member's data, bypass membership or usage limits, abuse uploads, disrupt the app, share harmful files or use the service unlawfully. Shopify access must belong to a store you are authorized to connect. Our connection is read-only.
Ending accounts
We may restrict or end accounts for serious or repeated rule violations, security risks or legal requirements. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You can ask to close your account and delete your information. Payment cancellation must also be confirmed through Billing to stop renewals.
Availability and liability limits
We aim to keep the app available but cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or business decisions based on the service. Any limitation must remain subject to applicable consumer rights and obligations that cannot legally be excluded. The final liability wording is awaiting owner and legal review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory rights under laws that apply to you.
